Things To Do Today

Turbulent Tuesday

04.03.2008

It's a little better than Monday but not much. We know the feeling, you've got 70,000 things to do but you're staring at a blank screen wondering where to start.

Now, we could lecture you on how to organise your time better and prioritise and all that but we won't. Instead we're going to show you a few fun ways of twiddling the time away on your computer.

I know, we're a bad influence. We've got some hilarious links in Crowd Surfing this week although don't let your boss catch you crying with laughter at the stupid hamster trying to get through a door and failing miserably. Hours of amusement.

But if that's making you feel like a layabout try some at-your-desk exercises while you're at it. I know it's not going to help with getting the work done but it will make you feel better.

Tuesday is not a night for going out. There's way too much of the week left for any kind of shenanigans. I'm going to be curled up on my sofa singing along to Alicia Keys. After the amazing concert this weekend I'm addicted to her album. I'm thinking the neighbours banging on the wall are just showing their appreciation.

Either that or watch Sleepless in Seattle for the umpteenth time. It's one of those things you'd never rent but will watch everytime it's on TV. Top of the Empire State Building. Meg Ryan. Tom Hanks. Sigh.

Oh and there's the wonder that is Lost. This week's episode is a real cracker which will have you totally, well, lost and that's the way we love it.

Yep it's curled up with Ben & Jerry's in front of the TV for me tonight.
