25.07.2008Shoes, shoes, how we do adore them. And for all those other admirers of the essential accessory, dash over to Dover Street Market, Mayfair, and start salivating at the exclusive collection being showcased by Italian fashion house Salvatore Ferragamo.
The styles have been taken from an archive spanning 80 years and featuring iconic shoes originally made for the likes of Ava Gardner, Evita Peron, Audrey Hepburn, and the 4-inch pump that Marilyn Monroe wore in Some Like It Hot. Each style is created by hand and all bear the original Ferragamo label, complete with an authenticity certificate detailing the history of the design. What a wonderful world...
Ooh, Choo: This summer, you won't want to be seen in just any old shades. Especially when Jimmy Choo has launched a brand new range of sunglasses. Choose from Choo's own Aviator style Charleys, or glamorous Rock shades with a large Swarovski stone on each arm (both pictured). And, of course, each pair comes in their own specially designed case for you to casually let fall out of your handbag.
Jimmy Choo sunglasses, from £175, exclusively at Harvey Nichols, London
