Shoes glorious shoes

Ok, so first things first - this is my first time, so please be gentle with me.

I am the mother procastinator - I so should be filling out a job application right now - but come on ladies ( and maybe some gentlemen too) shoes are so much more fun.

I feel for the guys out there - lets face it when it comes to shoes us ladies have you up against a wall without a leg to stand on ( or a shoe to stand in!!)
We have heels, we have wedges, we have flats, kittens, open toe, sandals, high heels, skyscraper heels, boots, trainers....and on and on and on, no wonder blokes do not get excited about shoes, what choice do you get.....work or casual!! - just as well really - we all know blokes find it hard to multi task - walking and talking is difficult enough, without putting heels into the mix.
Anyway - I digress
Shoes - I LOVE EM.
My house is full, my wardrobes overflowing, my stairs covered, all with glorious shoes.
As I said to the girl in Office today - it would be rude not to buy them as you are almost giving them away!!
3 pairs of glorious office shoes for.......wait for it....£38!!
Like I said, would have been rude not to take advantage.
Now I love office shoes, and think nothing of spending £70 on a lovely pair - then deciding that I now need them in all the colours - damn office for bringing my favourites out in red suede and even worse in tarten - the devils!!
Now I might think nothing of pending £70 on a pair of shoes - but I think my bank manager may think something of me spending £140 on 2 pairs.
So as I could not justify the 2 pairs - I bought 3 sale pairs instead.
People - if you have not checked out the office sale yet can I urge you to do so.
A further 30% of the sale prices means shoes that were once £50 cost me £11!!
Like I said - it would have been rude.
So in this a time of credit crunch, repossession and damn right high prices I say to all women out there....get down to office - at least when they drag you out of your house for not paying the mortgage you will have fab shoes on!!
