Ready to Go

That's what we're all interested in in the band. I've been listening to Imogen Heap programme her stuff for years, so that's something we'd like to do in the band.

TAC: What do you think of all these dance cross over bands at the moment, like Pendulum?

JW: I think it's awesome but I think there are some band which take it too far.... but we're having fun with the live stuff. There's a lot of things we play live that isn't on the record. We've got the glowsticks out!

TAC: You guys haven't been abroad yet have you? Where would you most like to tour?

JW: Well, I've heard that Japan is pretty crazy. I'd really like to go there – live at Budokan!

TAC: Right, loads of people have been rubbish at his question, so I'm hoping you won't let me down. Tell me a joke.

JW: Oh I'm awful at jokes... [looks over for help] Jokes? Guys?

TAC: Come on, who's the comedian of the band?

JW: [laughs] Erm, well we're all pretty unfunny.... I'm just googling a joke right now.

TAC: Hey, no googling!

JW: Okay, okay, I've got one. Michael Jackson and his wife are in the recovery room after she's just had a baby. The doctor walks in and Michael says “Doctor, how long do you think it'll be before we can have sex again?” And the Doctor says, “I'd wait until he was at least 14”!

TAC: Terrible. Anyway, good luck with the tour!

JW: Cheers.
