If your legs are crying out for some air but you're feeling a bit wobbly now is a good time to start toning up. Cardiovascular exercise like running, walking and cycling will help you lose weight and tone up your legs. Combined with Yoga and Pilates you truly will be prepared to bare in time for Spring.
