TAC - What can people expect from the show at the Royal Festival Hall? What’s your current set-up for playing live?

DB - To begin with, we just got everybody involved who played on the album, which is about 12 or 13 musicians. So there’ll be probably six string players and Terry Edwards and another person playing brass. Hopefully we can recreate the album as it was, and we’ve been rehearsing some old songs as well to keep people happy. With about 12 people on stage it won’t be so much like it used to be, where string players just played on the songs where the strings were – they’ll be playing percussion and singing and things, so it’ll be a bit more like a large group of people playing together, rather than just Tindersticks with a string section.
