It' s a great tribute to them which is why we’re completely celebrating what they had and we’re very proud of what they did and what we’re doing in hopefully doing their songs justice.”

Although they aren't playing Take That themselves the real boys must have been a bit of an inspiration to the characters. Stephane Anelli who plays hilarious Spaniard Jose Reize and becomes a Spanish 'Jason' in the tribute band says, “We all have some things. He (Craige) plays a cheeky chappy, Mark did actually work in a bank and ...erm... Jason lived in Ibeza? God we're really scraping the barrel here.” Eaton chips in with “Howard was a gogo dancer which is sort of similar to stipping.” Sure. “Real Take That fans will see the similarities although we weren’t trying to play them,” says Eaton. “Things like the relevance of my mother being an influence is taken from Robbie’s mother coming into the audition where he sang and his mother was coming in with him and being pushy.” adds Stephane. Well there you go. You learn something new every day.

At this point Craige turns to the screen on the DVD at the audition scene and says, “There's Eaton stripping.” I suddenly seem to forget where I am and announce “I love it! That’s my favourite scene.” Cue shouts of wooos and waheys and me blushing for the second time. As I try and back out of it and explain that I meant the whole audition scene not just the stripping bit (yeah right!) Dean saves the day by taking the focus off of me. “I think it’s the scene we all enjoyed the most and then right at the end of it we sing Pray together,” he says.

So back to business, I tell them I was surprised at how well it does come across on DVD. “I was a bit worried about it on DVD but it works” says Eaton. Dean agrees that the atmosphere of the theatre is missed on the the DVD such however, the subtler acting is something that could only have been caught in this close up action.

Tim, who has been quiet for a while, suddenly pipes up with a classic.
