I Need A Hero
09.01.2008With the spine-chilling and power-hungry Sylar and the mysterious businessman Linderman on top of the impending apocalypse, there’s plenty for the heroes to contend with – and even more surprises in store. You’ll be on the edge of your seat with the high-action scenes, breath-taking special effects and the incredible cast.
Even if you followed it all on TV, the Heroes season 1 box set is worth the money – because, it is, in brief almost too good to be true. It’s sci-fi with an edge, that extra punch, gripping from the word go. And the DVDs are packed full of flashy extras as well as the main action itself, definitely making it one for the collection.
As Hiro says for the first time, “Save the cheerleader. Save the world,” you find yourself climbing aboard, signing up for the mission and crossing your fingers all the way through. Don’t know about you, but I’d sign up for Peter Petrelli over Superman any day. Bring on Season 2!

Oh man I love Milo Ventimiglia. Anyone remember him from Gilmore Girls? He made that show great.
